INIT Brand Return and Refund Policy

At INIT Brand, your satisfaction with our products is priority #1.

Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options in the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased directly from our website.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items, such as hats with custom patches or special-order designs, are not eligible for return.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at ryan@initbrand.com.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that were received damaged or defective. Please contact Customer Support to request an exchange.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have not yet been processed are eligible for cancellation. However, please be aware that we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
  • If you need to cancel, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
