INIT Brand was founded out of a love for creativity and self-expression, with one goal in mind: to make your hat do more. Our journey began with the vision of a hat that could be as dynamic and changeable as you are. From this idea, our Interchangeable Logo System was born, allowing you to switch up your look, team, or style without the need for a new hat.

We’re more than just a headwear company

We’re a community of innovators, trendsetters, and adventurers. The inspiration for INIT’s unique logo system came from Harris Katz, whose dream was to create a product that truly empowered its wearer. He shared this vision with Ryan O’Leary, a trusted colleague with extensive experience in manufacturing and sales.
